Notice of Public Hearing - October 6, 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Edinburg City Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a joint public hearing, at a special meeting, to be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. at the Edinburg City Hall, located at 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Texas 78541, to consider the following: CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY OF EDINBURG UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard and express their pros and cons regarding these amendments to the City’s Unified Development Code. Por medio del presente se notifica que el Concejo Municipal de Edinburg y la Comisión de Planificación y Zonificación celebrarán una audiencia pública conjunta, durante una reunión especial, que se llevará a cabo el martes 6 de octubre de 2026 a las 5:00 P.M. en el Ayuntamiento de Edinburg (Edinburg City Hall), ubicado en 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Texas 78541, para considerar lo siguiente: CONSIDERAR LAS SIGUIENTES PROPUESTAS DE ENMIENDA AL CÓDIGO UNIFICADO DE DESARROLLO DE LA CIUDAD DE EDINBURG. Se invita a todas las personas interesadas a asistir a la audiencia pública, donde se les brindará la oportunidad de ser escuchadas y de manifestar sus opiniones a favor o en contra con respecto a estas enmiendas al Código Unificado de Desarrollo de la Ciudad.
