Proposed Change to Existing Food Ordinance to Include Mobile Food Vendors
The City of Edinburg is considering amending Chapter 112 of the Food Establishment Ordinance providing for specific regulations be included to allow mobile food vendors within City Limits. Before bringing it before the City Council for final approval the City of Edinburg is seeking public input from the community.
