EDINBURG, TX – City of Edinburg Mayor Ramiro Garza, Jr. will deliver the 2023 State of the City Address on March 9, 2023, at the Edinburg Conference Center at Renaissance, located at 118 Paseo Del Prado, Edinburg, TX. This is Mayor Garza’s first State of the City Address since taking office. The event is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m., with the Mayor’s Address scheduled to start at 7 p.m.

This annual affair highlights the City's direction and plans for upcoming projects and vision for the future. During the State of the City Address, Mayor Garza will reflect on the past year’s progress and accomplishments, celebrate the many successes the City has achieved, and share critical priorities and initiatives.

The community and business leaders are welcome to attend this great informative event. The State of the City Address will be rebroadcast on the City’s government access channel, ECN 1300, and streamed live on the City’s Facebook page.

The City of Edinburg 2023 State of the City Address theme is, “Empowering Today, Envisioning Tomorrow.”
