EDINBURG, TX – Blue Santa is back! The Edinburg Police Department is hosting the 26th Annual Blue Santa Toy Giveaway on Saturday, December 18, 2021. This event brings a smile to thousands of local children during the holiday season every year. 

The Edinburg Police Department strives to help and support families that cannot provide a gift for their children this holiday season. This year, 5,000 toys will be distributed to infants and children up to 16 years old. Toys are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis starting at 9 a.m.

The toy giveaway is drive-thru style, so everyone in attendance must remain in their vehicle at all times. All children receiving a toy must be present. All vehicles must report to Richard R. Flores Stadium through Closner Blvd & Tourist Dr. and will be directed to the Edinburg Police Department for the toy pick up. 

This annual event is made possible thanks to the continued generous sponsors and community donations. Your donations ensure local children have a happy, brighter holiday season!
