The City Secretary serves as the Elections Administrator for the City of Edinburg. Elections are conducted efficient and effective by utilizing voting methods in compliance with state election laws.

The City Secretary receives the Campaign Finance Reports from the City’s local candidates, officeholders, and political action committees as required by the Texas Ethics Commission.

City Elections are conducted in accordance to the Texas Secretary of State May Election calendar.
