Tomorrow's Solutions, Today Since 1978, the City of Edinburg has provided its citizens with environmentally sound solid waste collection and disposal services through the Division of Solid Waste Management. In 1994, this division was established as a full fledged Department with several activities under its direction. The activities of Collections, Disposal, Recycling and Special Services, along with the 76 men and women that work here on a daily basis, have propelled this Department to the institution that it is today. In our continued tradition of exemplifying our customers service we now reach out to our community by bringing the departments day to day operations to the web.
