Parks & Recreation Right of Way

The Right of Way Division is managed by Juan J. Casas, Right of Way Superintendent, with the assistance of Oscar Moreno, Right of Way Supervisor. The Right of Way Division covers 36.7 square miles throughout the City of Edinburg with thirteen employees. Items covered by staff are mowing, weed eating, tree and palm tree trimming, pick up of trash and debris along the road way, removal of signs on light poles plus additional duties.
