Hidalgo County will grow by nearly one million people in the next twenty-five years. Providing mobility choices, sustained economic prosperity and improving quality of life will only be realized through your participation.

What to expect:
The workshop will combine transportation experts with neighborhood representatives, environmental professionals, community leaders and students amongst others to envision what $1.5 billion of infrastructure could do to prepare Hidalgo County for the nearly one million new residents expected by 2035.
In groups you will create scenarios (visions) of a new roadway, transit, pedestrian and bicycle system for the region to consider. This is your opportunity to influence transportation investments to support your vision for more prosperous and livable Valley!
